About Me

I'm a Registered Dietitian (RD,) but in the past 6 years I've been in pharmaceutical sales.  As much as I have loved my different careers, I'm a new mom that now stays home with my newborn daughter.  This has been the most challenging and rewarding job so far.  I love every minute of it!  Follow me as I chronicle how I try to stay healthy, while enjoying my passion for food and wine.  I will also include reviews, workouts, kid and dog pictures, and general musings.  Everything that is life at the MommyRD household.  Contact me at mo@mommyrd.com
